It was my good fortune to meet a truly famous mail order millionaire who
suggested that I put together a marketing course and sell it to other

Let's get started with the
first part of the formula, creating hot information products to sell to
small niche markets.
The secret to making a ton of money in this business is to offer people
products that they want and desire. You want to sell a product that solves
people's problems and/or satisfies their passions. Do that and you'll
literally create a stampede of orders and a buying frenzy.
Most people create a product first and then try to find people to sell it
to. This is the "backwards" approach. You want to find out what people
already want and then give it to them. It's really that simple.
Now the type of product you want to create is an information product. This
can be an audiotape, a book, a report, access to a members only website,
an e-book, a newsletter, a videotape, etc.
Information products by far the best type of products to sell for a
number of reasons:
First is the huge mark-up. An 8 to 20 times markup is not uncommon
on an information product. Think about that for a minute. . . You can create a
product for $10.00 and sell it for $100.00 or more!
You see, people who buy "how to" information don't care how much the
product costs you to make because they're paying for the value of the
information in the product.
For example, I just recently sold 87 products, that cost me only $15 to
produce, for $995 each. My market desperately wanted the information
contained in the product and didn't give a hoot how much the product cost
me to make.
Second, once you have a system in place, information products
are super-easy to create. By following my instant product creation
system, I literally created that $995 product in a weekend. So far that
product has made me $86,585 and the money from it just keeps rolling in.
Some people believe that they don't have any specialized information
needed to
create a product. I understand how they feel. I felt the same way before I
created my first product.
But what I've found is that everyone has information, or has
access to information, that other will pay good money for. In fact, I have a
complete system for uncovering information that you have that you can turn
into an information product.
But here's what's exciting: Let's say that you honestly don't have any
specialized information. . . that's still not a problem. Here's why. .

Millions of people have created products that they don't know how to

niche markets.
Most people think they're going to get rich trying to sell a product to
the mass market. This is NOT true.
Trying to sell a product to the mass market is risky and requires very
deep pockets. You need hundreds of thousands of dollars to have a
legitimate shot at success.
In a niche market, you don't have to invest your life savings to make a
ton of money. You can be a big fish in a small pond. . . and make all the
money you want.
Okay, so you've selected a niche market, found out what people in that
market want to buy and then created an information product. Here's the
next challenge:
The best product on the planet is no better than the worst product on the
planet if you don't have a marketing system.

"How To Put Your
Business On Autopilot"
As I've mentioned, one of the reasons I love this
business, aside from all the cash, is the lifestyle it allows you to
have. You have total freedom to do what you want, when you want and
still make an outrageous amount of money. I know this sounds like a pipe
dream but it's true and I'll prove it. . .
Let's look at what you've done so far:
1. You selected a niche market and you've created a simple information
product to sell to that market.
2. You placed a simple ad in a magazine or on the Internet to get people
to request more information.
Now someone sees your ad and they say to themselves, "Hey, this sounds
good, I want to get more information." He or she is now going to request
more information by calling a 24 hour FREE RECORDED MESSAGE hotline or by
visiting a simple website..
These is a giant secret!
The words "free recorded message" and "free website" are very powerful.
Your prospect is more likely to call a recorded message because they won't
have to worry about talking to someone.
Using a free recorded message and a website even triple your response! The
other advantage is that you don't have to talk with anyone either!
The company I use for my free recorded message hotlines transcribes the
names and addresses of the leads and e-mails them to me. Of course,
if someone visits your website, it's all done automatically. I don't have
to do a thing!
Pretty easy, wouldn't you agree?
How You Collect
Your Money
The first way to get orders is by fax. The absolute
sweetest sound in the world is when I hear my fax machine go "ding"
because I know that someone has just placed an order and sent me money.
You also want to give your customer the option of ordering by telephone.
Of course, you don't have to take the calls yourself. I use an order
taking service that takes the orders for me.
Another way for people to order is online. It is pretty darn exciting to
get up every morning and check your e-mail to see how much money you made
while you were sleeping! (Again, this happens automatically. . . you do NOT
have to be an Internet expert for this to work for you.)
Of course, some people will order by mail and send you a check, but the
majority of people will pay with a credit card.
If you are going to be successful in this business, you need to take
credit cards and you need to find a credit card merchant that understands
the mail order and who won't rip you off. This is critically important.
Okay. . . Now, orders are pouring in and your cash generating machine is
running on autopilot and spitting out gobs and gobs of money at a rabbit
breeding pace!

This business is so much fun that it doesn't seem like
work at all! You become addicted to it. You actually look forward to going
to "work." I know that may be hard for you to believe but it's true. You
really have to experience it for yourself!
For me, this is the best business in the world. The money is incredible

I don't have to sit in traffic to get to work everyday. I don't have a
boss breathing down my neck. . . I am my own boss. I don't have anyone
